Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop at www.honigbaum.shop.

Contractual partner

The purchase contract is concluded with Linda Honigbaum (sole proprietor) / honigbaum. The company's registered office is at Defreggerstraße 10, 12435 Berlin. Further information can be found in the Imprint.

Conclusion of contract

The conclusion of the contract is only possible in German language. The presentation of our products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online product catalog. The products presented in the online shop can be selected and collected in the so-called "shopping cart" by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. On the top right next to the logo, you will find the shopping cart, which is represented by a symbol (shopping bag) or by the word "Cart" (depending on the device you are using to visit our site). By clicking on the "Shopping cart" symbol, you can access your shopping cart and make changes at any time, such as removing selected products from the shopping cart. By clicking on the "Checkout" button, you have the option to pay directly via the payment service provider PayPal. Alternatively, you can also select your personal data and payment method (bank transfer or PayPal). Then you will be directed to the order overview. Here you can check your personal data and the payment and shipping conditions. As long as you do not click on the "Buy" button, you can edit your entries, in particular the details of your order, and correct or cancel the purchase if necessary. If you choose a payment method such as PayPal, you will be redirected to the external website of the payment service provider. On this page, you enter your data first. Finally, you will be redirected back to the online shop to the page with the order overview. As long as you do not click on the "Buy" button, you have the opportunity to edit, correct, or cancel your entries (especially the details of your order). By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a legally binding offer to conclude a contract with us. Immediately after submitting the order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivering the goods within 5 working days. The text of the contract of these GTC is not stored by us. You can access the current version of the GTC in our online shop at any time. Furthermore, you have the opportunity to access our GTC before submitting a binding order and to print them out or save them electronically via your browser.

Prices and shipping costs

The prices on our website are stated inclusive of the statutory value-added tax. However, no VAT is shown due to the application of the small business regulation pursuant to § 19 UStG. In addition to the sales prices, shipping costs may apply. The delivery within Germany costs €8.00. For delivery to Austria and EU countries, we charge €17.00. Self-collection of goods that cannot be shipped is possible by appointment.

Delivery time

The delivery time for orders within Germany is 2 to 5 working days. Orders to European countries are delivered within 7 to 9 days. We ship within 7 days.

Payment

Payment for orders on honigbaum.shop is made via PayPal or bank transfer. When paying with PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal after confirming the purchase to make the payment. Only then the purchase is concluded.

Warranty

We are liable for defects in quality and defects in title in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, in particular §§ 434 ff BGB. The warranty period for goods delivered by us to entrepreneurs is one year from delivery.

Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (honigbaum, Linda Honigbaum, Defreggerstraße 10, 12435 Berlin, linda@honigbaum.shop) by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email or a letter sent by post) of your decision to cancel this contract. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired. Consequences of cancellation: If you cancel this contract, we have to refund you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Severability clause

In the event that individual provisions of these GTC are or become invalid, or should the GTC contain an unforeseen gap, the validity of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions shall remain unaffected. This shall not apply if the elimination of individual clauses would unreasonably disadvantage one of the contracting parties to such an extent that the continued existence of the contract can no longer be expected.
